Welcome to QuestBorn.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QuestBorn, including its website, game, accounts, heroes, quests, rewards, cryptocurrency payment systems, withdrawals, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing QuestBorn, recruiting a hero, making a cryptocurrency payment, receiving rewards, or otherwise using QuestBorn, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use QuestBorn.

1. ABOUT QUESTBORN

QuestBorn is an online idle fantasy game in which players manage their Guild by recruiting virtual heroes and sending them on long-duration quests.

Depending on the applicable game mechanics, heroes may periodically return to the Guild with loot or rewards, rest, and subsequently continue their quests.

QuestBorn is designed as an entertainment product.

QuestBorn is not a bank, savings account, investment fund, brokerage, financial institution, or guaranteed-income program.

Recruiting a hero does not constitute an investment, deposit, loan, security, equity interest, or ownership interest in QuestBorn.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You may use QuestBorn only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms and use the services offered by QuestBorn under the laws applicable to you.

You are responsible for determining whether your use of QuestBorn, including cryptocurrency transactions and receipt of rewards, is permitted in your jurisdiction.

QuestBorn may restrict access from jurisdictions where its services cannot legally or reasonably be provided.

3. YOUR IDENTITY AND ACCOUNT

You represent that you are accessing QuestBorn on your own behalf.

You must not impersonate another person, create an account using another person's identity, or misrepresent your identity where identity information is requested.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information associated with your account.

Your account credentials must be kept secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless otherwise required by applicable law.

QuestBorn may implement verification, security, anti-fraud, or identity checks when reasonably necessary.

4. YOUR WALLET

You represent that any cryptocurrency wallet connected to or provided to QuestBorn by you is controlled by you or that you are legally authorized to use it.

You are solely responsible for maintaining control and security of your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, passwords, and authentication methods.

QuestBorn will never require your wallet seed phrase or private key.

Loss, disclosure, theft, or compromise of private keys or seed phrases may result in permanent loss of cryptocurrency.

QuestBorn cannot recover a non-custodial wallet or its private keys.

5. HERO RECRUITMENT

Players may use supported cryptocurrencies to recruit virtual heroes.

Heroes are digital game content within QuestBorn.

Different hero classes may have different recruitment costs, quest durations, characteristics, loot mechanics, reward parameters, or availability.

Recruiting a hero provides access to the applicable game mechanics. It does not create a debt owed by QuestBorn to the player and does not guarantee recovery of the Recruitment Cost.

6. QUESTS

Recruited heroes may participate in quests lasting for a predetermined or variable period.

Heroes may periodically return to the Guild with loot according to the rules applicable to their quest, rest, and subsequently continue their journey.

Quest duration, cycles, loot, difficulty, availability, and other parameters may differ between heroes and quests.

A displayed quest duration or estimated reward does not constitute a promise of financial return.

7. LOOT AND REWARDS

Heroes may generate or obtain loot and rewards according to QuestBorn's game mechanics.

The amount, frequency, availability, cryptocurrency value, and monetary value of rewards are not guaranteed.

Past rewards do not guarantee future rewards.

Any historical, estimated, projected, or displayed reward information is provided for gameplay or informational purposes and must not be interpreted as a guaranteed return.

Recruiting a hero does not guarantee that you will recover the cryptocurrency spent recruiting that hero.

You may receive less value than you spent and, where permitted by the applicable mechanics and economic circumstances, rewards may be reduced or unavailable.

8. QUESTBORN ECONOMY AND LIQUIDITY

QuestBorn operates a game economy that may be supported by sources including advertising revenue and liquidity allocated to the game's reward system.

Available liquidity may affect the operation, availability, processing, or amount of certain rewards and withdrawals.

The existence, publication, or size of a liquidity pool does not constitute a guarantee of payment, solvency, profitability, future liquidity, or recovery of amounts spent by players.

Liquidity may increase or decrease over time.

Advertising revenue may contribute to the QuestBorn economy. Unless QuestBorn expressly publishes a specific commitment, no fixed amount or percentage of advertising revenue is guaranteed to be allocated to player rewards.

QuestBorn does not guarantee that revenue entering the game economy will equal or exceed rewards, withdrawals, operational expenses, or other obligations.

9. CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS

QuestBorn uses supported cryptocurrencies for applicable payments.

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.

Before submitting a transaction, you are responsible for verifying:

• The cryptocurrency;

• The amount;

• The destination wallet address;

• The blockchain network; and

• Any other transaction information.

QuestBorn generally cannot reverse or recover cryptocurrency sent to an incorrect address, through an unsupported network, using an unsupported token, or otherwise incorrectly transmitted by the player.

Network fees, gas fees, wallet fees, exchange fees, and other third-party charges may apply.

10. CRYPTOCURRENCY WITHDRAWALS

Where supported, eligible rewards may be withdrawn using supported cryptocurrencies.

Withdrawals may be subject to minimum amounts, maximum amounts, network fees, processing periods, available liquidity, security reviews, anti-fraud controls, and other requirements displayed by QuestBorn.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and compatible wallet address and blockchain network.

Once a withdrawal has been transmitted to a blockchain, it generally cannot be reversed.

QuestBorn does not guarantee continuous or immediate withdrawal availability.

11. CRYPTOCURRENCY RISK

You acknowledge that cryptocurrencies involve substantial risks.

Cryptocurrency prices may fluctuate significantly within short periods of time.

A cryptocurrency received through QuestBorn may lose part or all of its market value.

Blockchain networks may experience congestion, outages, forks, vulnerabilities, increased fees, protocol changes, or other technical events outside QuestBorn's control.

Wallet providers, exchanges, bridges, stablecoins, tokens, and other third-party services may also fail or experience security, liquidity, or operational problems.

QuestBorn does not control cryptocurrency markets and does not guarantee the market value, liquidity, stability, or convertibility of any cryptocurrency.

12. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK

By using QuestBorn, you expressly acknowledge and accept that:

• You understand that QuestBorn involves cryptocurrency;

• You understand that cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible;

• You understand that cryptocurrency values may rise or fall;

• You understand that rewards are not guaranteed;

• You understand that available liquidity may change;

• You understand that recruiting a hero does not guarantee recovery of its Recruitment Cost;

• You understand that historical or estimated loot does not guarantee future loot;

• You understand that QuestBorn's mechanics and economy may require balancing;

• You understand that technical, economic, regulatory, blockchain, and market risks may affect your experience;

• You accept the possibility of losing some or all of the cryptocurrency you choose to spend on QuestBorn.

You should participate only with cryptocurrency that you can afford to spend on entertainment.

13. USER CONFIRMATION

By creating an account and using QuestBorn, you confirm that:

You are acting on your own behalf.

You are the person operating your account.

You control, or are legally authorized to use, wallets submitted by you.

You are voluntarily choosing to participate in QuestBorn.

You have reviewed the applicable Recruitment Cost before recruiting a hero.

You understand the mechanics and risks described in these Terms.

You are not relying on QuestBorn as a guaranteed source of income.

You accept responsibility for your cryptocurrency transactions and wallet information.

Where required by QuestBorn, you agree to complete reasonable identity, security, anti-fraud, or eligibility verification.

14. NO GUARANTEED RETURNS

QUESTBORN DOES NOT GUARANTEE PROFITS, RETURNS, INCOME, YIELD, OR RECOVERY OF CRYPTOCURRENCY SPENT.

Terms such as "loot", "reward", "daily loot", "quest reward", and similar fantasy terminology describe gameplay mechanics.

They do not represent interest, dividends, investment returns, or guaranteed financial yield.

No statement, interface element, historical result, calculator, projection, advertisement, community post, or other material should be interpreted as overriding this section unless expressly incorporated into these Terms.

15. NO VOLUNTARY REFUNDS

Cryptocurrency payments made to QuestBorn are final and non-refundable once the applicable digital content, hero recruitment, or service has been activated or delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, QuestBorn does not provide voluntary refunds for completed cryptocurrency payments.

Changes in cryptocurrency prices after payment do not create a right to reimbursement or price adjustment.

Nothing in this section excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

16. GAME BALANCING

QuestBorn is an evolving game.

QuestBorn may reasonably modify hero characteristics, quest durations, loot parameters, reward mechanics, recruitment availability, fees, economic parameters, or other gameplay systems when necessary for balancing, security, sustainability, legal compliance, or continued operation.

Where required by applicable law, material changes will be communicated to players.

17. FAIR PLAY

You must not:

• Use unauthorized bots or automation;

• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities;

• Manipulate quests, rewards, withdrawals, or liquidity;

• Abuse multiple accounts;

• Use unauthorized scripts or modified clients;

• Conduct fraudulent cryptocurrency transactions;

• Attempt to circumvent security controls;

• Abuse promotions or referral systems;

• Interfere with QuestBorn infrastructure; or

• Attempt to obtain an unfair advantage over other players.

QuestBorn may investigate suspicious activity and remove improperly obtained rewards, restrict accounts, or terminate access where appropriate.

18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND ADVERTISING

QuestBorn may interact with third-party blockchain networks, wallet providers, advertising providers, analytics services, infrastructure providers, and other services.

QuestBorn does not control independent third parties and is not responsible for their availability, security, policies, or actions except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Advertisements displayed through QuestBorn do not necessarily constitute endorsement of the advertiser or advertised product.

19. TAXES

You are responsible for determining whether cryptocurrency transactions, rewards, withdrawals, or other activities involving QuestBorn create tax reporting or payment obligations in your jurisdiction.

QuestBorn does not provide individual tax, investment, or financial advice.

20. SECURITY

You are responsible for taking reasonable measures to secure your QuestBorn account and cryptocurrency wallets.

Never disclose your seed phrase or private keys to anyone claiming to represent QuestBorn.

QuestBorn may temporarily restrict transactions or account functionality when suspicious activity or a security risk is detected.

21. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

QuestBorn may experience maintenance, updates, blockchain interruptions, technical failures, security incidents, economic adjustments, or temporary restrictions.

QuestBorn does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the game, quests, rewards, blockchain integrations, liquidity, or withdrawals.

22. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

QuestBorn may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, exploitation, prohibited activity, security threats, violations of these Terms, or activity that creates legal or operational risk.

Treatment of any remaining eligible rewards following termination will depend on the circumstances, applicable QuestBorn rules, and applicable law.

23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuestBorn is not responsible for losses caused solely by cryptocurrency market fluctuations, incorrect wallet information supplied by the user, unsupported blockchain transactions, loss of private keys, third-party wallet failures, blockchain network failures, or events outside QuestBorn's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

24. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

QuestBorn may update these Terms as the game, technology, economy, or applicable legal requirements evolve.

Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.

Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR USING QUESTBORN, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS, THAT YOU ARE ACTING ON YOUR OWN BEHALF, AND THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH CRYPTOCURRENCY, DIGITAL GAME CONTENT, QUEST REWARDS, AND THE QUESTBORN GAME ECONOMY.
