QUESTBORN — USAGE POLICY

This Usage Policy establishes the rules for accessing and using QuestBorn.

By creating an account or using QuestBorn, you agree to use the platform fairly, responsibly, and only through the mechanics and features officially provided by QuestBorn.

This Policy forms part of the QuestBorn Terms of Service.

1. PERMITTED USE

QuestBorn may be used for its intended purpose as an online idle fantasy game.

Players may:

• Create and manage their Guild;

• Recruit available heroes;

• Send heroes on quests;

• Collect eligible loot and rewards;

• Use supported cryptocurrency payment and withdrawal features;

• Participate in Guild and community features;

• Use other features officially made available by QuestBorn.

Players must interact with QuestBorn through the intended game mechanics.

2. ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP

Your QuestBorn account is intended for your personal use.

You must not:

• Impersonate another person;

• Provide false identity information where verification is required;

• Access another player's account without authorization;

• Sell, rent, transfer, or commercially share accounts unless QuestBorn expressly permits it;

• Use another person's identity to bypass restrictions.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.

3. WALLET RESPONSIBILITY

Any cryptocurrency wallet submitted or connected to your account must be controlled by you or used with proper legal authorization.

You are responsible for:

• Providing the correct wallet address;

• Selecting the correct blockchain network;

• Protecting your private keys and seed phrases;

• Verifying transaction information before confirmation.

QuestBorn will never ask for your private key or seed phrase.

4. AUTOMATION AND BOTS

Unless a feature is expressly provided by QuestBorn, automated interaction with the game is prohibited.

Players must not use:

• Bots;

• Macros designed to automate gameplay;

• Automated account creation;

• Scripts that automatically claim rewards;

• Automated withdrawal tools;

• Unauthorized APIs;

• Modified clients;

• Browser automation intended to bypass normal gameplay.

Normal idle mechanics provided directly by QuestBorn are permitted and are not considered prohibited automation.

5. EXPLOITS AND BUG ABUSE

Players must not knowingly exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, unintended mechanics, calculation errors, or technical failures.

This includes exploiting errors involving:

• Hero recruitment;

• Quest duration;

• Daily loot;

• Reward calculations;

• Account balances;

• Cryptocurrency deposits;

• Withdrawals;

• Promotions;

• Referral systems;

• Liquidity calculations.

Discovering a bug does not give a player permission to exploit it.

Players are encouraged to report vulnerabilities or unintended behavior to QuestBorn support.

6. MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS

Multiple accounts must not be used to obtain an unfair advantage or circumvent QuestBorn restrictions.

Prohibited behavior includes creating additional accounts to:

• Abuse promotions;

• Repeatedly obtain signup rewards;

• Manipulate referral systems;

• Circumvent account limits;

• Avoid suspensions or restrictions;

• Manipulate quests or rewards;

• Circumvent withdrawal limits or security controls.

QuestBorn may link, restrict, or investigate accounts when reasonable evidence of coordinated abuse exists.

7. HEROES, QUESTS AND LOOT

Players must use heroes, quests, and loot systems according to their intended mechanics.

Attempts to artificially accelerate quests, duplicate heroes, duplicate loot, manipulate timers, modify reward calculations, or claim rewards more frequently than permitted are prohibited.

Loot displayed or received through unintended behavior may be corrected or removed.

8. CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTIONS

Players must not use QuestBorn to facilitate:

• Fraudulent transactions;

• Stolen cryptocurrency;

• Unauthorized wallet activity;

• Money laundering;

• Sanctions evasion;

• Market manipulation;

• Attempts to disguise the origin of funds;

• Other unlawful financial activity.

QuestBorn may review or temporarily restrict transactions when suspicious activity is detected.

Additional verification may be required where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

9. LIQUIDITY AND REWARD SYSTEM

Players must not attempt to manipulate, disrupt, exploit, or artificially influence QuestBorn's liquidity or reward systems.

Prohibited conduct includes coordinated activity designed to exploit liquidity conditions, manipulate reward calculations, circumvent withdrawal controls, or intentionally create technical or economic instability.

Public information about QuestBorn's liquidity does not authorize players to interfere with or exploit the underlying systems.

10. ADVERTISING

QuestBorn may use advertising as one of the sources supporting its operation and game economy.

Players must not:

• Use automated systems to generate advertisement impressions;

• Artificially generate clicks;

• Repeatedly interact with advertisements for the purpose of manipulating advertising revenue;

• Encourage fraudulent advertising activity;

• Circumvent advertisement restrictions.

Advertising fraud may result in immediate account restrictions.

11. FAIR PLAY

Players are expected to participate fairly.

Any attempt to gain an advantage through methods not intentionally provided by QuestBorn may be considered a violation of this Policy.

An unintended technical possibility does not automatically make an action permitted.

12. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Where QuestBorn provides communication, Guild, social, or community features, players must not use them for:

• Harassment or threats;

• Spam;

• Scams or phishing;

• Impersonation;

• Distribution of malicious software;

• Fraudulent cryptocurrency offers;

• Attempts to obtain another player's password, private key, or seed phrase;

• Illegal content or activity.

Players should never share private wallet credentials with other users.

13. SECURITY

Players must not attempt to:

• Access restricted systems;

• Probe QuestBorn infrastructure without authorization;

• Bypass authentication or security mechanisms;

• Perform denial-of-service attacks;

• Inject malicious code;

• Interfere with servers or databases;

• Access another player's private information;

• Circumvent rate limits or security controls.

Security vulnerabilities should be responsibly reported rather than exploited.

14. FRAUD AND ABUSE

QuestBorn may investigate activity that reasonably appears fraudulent, abusive, automated, manipulated, or inconsistent with normal gameplay.

During an investigation, QuestBorn may temporarily restrict relevant account functionality where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, players, or game economy.

15. ENFORCEMENT

Violations of this Usage Policy may result in actions including:

• Warning;

• Removal or correction of improperly obtained loot;

• Temporary restrictions;

• Withdrawal review;

• Suspension;

• Permanent account termination.

Enforcement will depend on the nature and severity of the violation.

QuestBorn may preserve relevant records where necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

16. NO CIRCUMVENTION

Attempting to bypass an enforcement action is itself a violation of this Policy.

Creating another account, using another wallet, or using another person's account to circumvent a restriction or suspension is prohibited.

17. POLICY CHANGES

QuestBorn may update this Usage Policy as the game and its systems evolve.

Material changes will be communicated where required.

Continued use of QuestBorn after an updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
